With the Kuro Box Forums back online, development has restarted. People have updated the Gentoo profile so it’s getting updates again, which is good. And, people have booted a 2.6 kernel on it (although I have yet to be successful, I will keep trying).
I let Gentoo update abcde, which meant my customizations went away. I’ll have to fix that. This means I’m not getting proper notifications when my CDs are ripped. I’ve gottne quite dependent on it.
But it’s good to know things are back on track with people working on the Kuro. Someone even has Fedora Core 4 running on it. I”m not that interested in that, but it’s neat nonetheless.
